Intimate apparel shop to open at Carmel City Center

Carmel City Center is excited to announce the opening of Uplift Intimate Apparel to its mix of businesses on Wednesday, May 3, 2017. Uplift will join the Fashion District at Carmel City Center, providing women of all ages professional bra fitting and an exceptional selection of intimate apparel that is unsurpassed in the area.

Located next to Hubbard & Cravens at 711 Veterans Way on the interior plaza level of Carmel City Center, Uplift will offer women a wide range of options in cup sizes from A to J and including sports bras, nursing bras and high-quality European bras, elegant couture sleepwear, and bridal lingerie. Uplift is also offering Saxx Underwear for men. Visitors will be able to shop at Uplift Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome and appointments are encouraged with a Bra Fitting Specialist.

Uplift will offer a variety of brands exclusive to Indiana, such as Conturelle, Jolidon, Fabienne Hansoul, Moretta, Marlies Dekkers, Lise Charmel, KnockOut, and Jane Woolrich and will launch Jolidon Swimwear in the U.S.

Owner, Carla Mackie, originally from Indiana, comes to Carmel after 40 years in Virginia. Mackie has spent the past 12 years building and growing an intimate apparel business and serving the industry. She has a passion for women in general and in guiding them to care for themselves through breast health in particular. Certified by National Fit Specialist, Freddy Zappe in New York City, Mackie enjoys building a relationship with her customers and facilitating the emotional and physical transformation that happens when ladies find the right fit for their bodies. Uplift is where dressing begins.
