Kevin James

Kevin James began his career on the Long Island stand-up comedy scene before rising to fame as the Emmy-nominated star and executive producer of The King of Queens, which ran for nine seasons on CBS and continues to air daily in syndication around the world. Among many film projects, James was the producer, co-writer and star of the hit movies Paul Blart: Mall Cop 1 & 2, Zookeeper and Here Comes the Boom. His second TV comedy special, Never Don’t Give Up, premiered on Netflix in 2018.

Printing Partners Classical Series

Montreal’s cutting-edge string ensemble is known for innovative arrangements and high-energy performances that bring immediacy and approachability to the classical repertoire. COLLECTIF9’s newest program is built around its second album, No Time for Chamber Music, which transforms works by Mahler, Debussy, Bartok and others into chamber music for nine.

Passport Series

Founded in 1994 by award-winning conductor Karen Gibson, this London-based gospel choir draws from various spiritual music traditions. The ensemble found overnight acclaim in 2018 after performing the soul classic “Stand by Me” for a global audience of 2 billion at the royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Now, debut album in hand, the Kingdom Choir is bringing its infectious joy and inspiration across the Atlantic for a major North American tour.

Country Series

Since his national debut in the late 1980s, singer-songwriter Lyle Lovett has released 14 albums exploring the landscape of American music and culture, with witty storytelling and influences from country music, Western swing, folk, gospel, blues, rock and jazz. Along with four Grammy Awards, the Texas native has earned the Americana Music Association’s Trailblazer Award and was named the Texas State Musician for 2011. Lovett also has acted on stage and television and has appeared in 13 feature films.

Katz, Sapper & Miller Pop/Rock Series

Friends more than 30 years, two acclaimed singer-songwriters join forces for an intimate acoustic evening of music and stories. Mary Chapin Carpenter has sold over 14 million records and landed five Grammy Awards and two CMA awards with hits like “Passionate Kisses” and “He Thinks He’ll Keep Her.” Shawn Colvin, who scored Grammy Record and Song of the Year honors with her biggest hit single, “Sunny Came Home,” is marking the 30th anniversary of her Grammy-winning debut album, Steady On.

 

Trisha Yearwood: Every Girl on Tour

Country Series

Country star Trisha Yearwood returns to the Palladium touting her first full-length country album since 2007. Every Girl features collaborations with Don Henley, Kelly Clarkson and Yearwood’s husband, Garth Brooks, and it already has spawned the hit single “Every Girl in This Town.” Other highlights of Yearwood’s award-winning career have included “She’s in Love with the Boy,” “Perfect Love,” “Thinkin’ About You,” “Believe Me Baby (I Lied)” and “How Do I Live.”

 

The Four Italian Tenors: Viva Italia

Passport Series

Direct from Rome on their inaugural U.S. tour, the Four Italian Tenors are saluting legendary fellow countrymen Enrico Caruso, Mario Lanza, Luciano Pavarotti and Andrea Bocelli with Viva Italia, a program featuring beloved opera arias and songs. Vocalists Roberto Cresca, Alessandro D’Acrissa, Frederico Parisi and Frederico Serra fuse Italian wit and charm with romanticism, lyricism, dramatic flair and operatic style.

 

The Righteous Brothers

Katz, Sapper & Miller Pop/Rock Series

Blue-eyed soul pioneers and Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Bill Medley and Bobby Hatfield delivered hit after hit across four decades, including “You’ve Lost That Lovin’ Feelin,’” cited as the most frequently played song in radio history. The current tour, with vocalist Bucky Heard replacing the late Hatfield, features such hits as “Soul & Inspiration,” “Unchained Melody,” “Rock and Roll Heaven” and “(I’ve Had) The Time of My Life,” Medley’s Grammy-winning duet with Jennifer Warnes.

Considered the world’s top interpreter of classical flute repertoire, Sir James Galway is a consummate entertainer and boundary-breaker. The Irish-born “Man with the Golden Flute” has sold over 30 million albums, performed extensively with leading orchestras, partnered with pop superstars Stevie Wonder and Sir Elton John, and collaborated on film soundtracks including The Lord of the Rings. Joining him on tour is his wife and premier flute duo partner, Lady Jeanne Galway, an acclaimed musician in her own right.

Known for such timeless hits as “Chances Are,” “Misty” and “It’s Not for Me to Say,” Johnny Mathis is one of the top-selling singers of all time, with dozens of gold and platinum albums and five Grammy nominations as well as the Lifetime Achievement Award. In 2017, the Great American Songbook Hall of Fame inductee released his 78th album, Johnny Mathis Sings the Great New American Songbook, interpreting hits by Adele, Bruno Mars, Josh Groban and other contemporary artists.
