This year for the first time, snow plows were a part of the Carmel International Arts Festival. Despite the warm weather, two plows were delivered to the Carmel High School Art Club's area where art students painted them. One plow ended up with an aboriginal design of an animal, while the other features a snow flake design on the other. Visitors to the festival got to take in the process from start to finish. The plows will be used by the Carmel Street Department this winter. Check out more from the International Arts Festival on their Facebook page.
