Allied Solutions makes history in Midtown
Allied Solutions officially cut the ribbon and celebrated a grand opening of its new corporate headquarters in Midtown on Tuesday, January 23.
The company moved from leased office space a few miles away into a brand new, $32.9 million building – 5 stories high and with 137,000 square feet. The building, located just west of the roundabout at 4th Street and Range Line Road, was a partnership with Midtown Development, Ambrose Property Group and the City of Carmel’s Redevelopment Commission (which built the attached parking garage, also available for public use).
Allied occupies the top four floors. The first floor will be a mix of office and retail uses. The parking garage is 6 levels with 580 parking spaces.
Allied Solutions is a large distributor of insurance, lending and marketing products to financial institutions and a subsidiary of Securian Financial Group. The company was founded in 1978 in northern Hamilton County and moved to Carmel in 1998.
Allied has 17 regional offices and service centers across the U.S with more than 1,100 employees nationwide. There are nearly 500 employees in Carmel.
